1. What is your return policy?

CANCELLATIONS: Please contact Brooke via the contact page! This will get sent directly to her email and she will get back to you ASAP

Once item has shipped you have 30 days to address any issues

DAMAGE/ QUALITY ISSUES: Please use the contact page to get ahold of Brooke. She will then assess the issue and respond to you promptly. Any returns not due to quality or damage will need to be covered by customer, all others will be determined after assessed

2. Do you do custom orders?

Custom orders may have a non-refundable 20% fee depending on the type of order. These are large orders, or any orders that have a name or custom wording on the product ex: a large amount of product, big item using lots of material, a complicated piece, any item with phrasing or name that is custom and not premade. Artist has right to deny an order for any reason. Use the contact page to request.

3. What type of earring posts do you use?

Silver 925 hypo-allergenic, Gold plated nickel free, but can get other posts upon request

3. Do you make religious, LGBTQ, politic items etc?

These types of items are only made by request or certain events. I want to keep everything friendly for everyone who shops the website. You can request these items via the contact page.

4. Why are the print items shipping prices more than others?

The items that are shipped from printful have a higher shipping cost due to that is what Printful charges the business for the items shipped from them. I am not able to choose what the shipping prices for printful are. If there is a difference between what printful charges the business and what square charges for the order the difference will be refunded. If there are any issues please contact me asap using the contact page

5. Why is your main shop on another site?

In order for me to be able to get payment for shipping for my handmade items I have my shop through Square Up other wise I am waiting a month for pay and it would be a much longer shipping wait time for the handmade items
